Course Refund Policy

  • Course fees are paid when enrolling

  • Your place in a course is only confirmed by payment and acceptance of your membership by the Management Committee.

  • If the course you enrolled in is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified and given a refund

  • If you withdraw from a course before it commences you will be given a refund

  • If you withdraw after a course has started it is not possible to refund fees.


 Fees Paid

  • A Membership term fee is for a whole term and cannot be split between terms

  • Class/Course fees paid are not transferable between members

  • Casual Classes must be used in the term they were purchased and are not transferable to another term
