Course Refund Policy
Course fees are paid when enrolling
Your place in a course is only confirmed by payment and acceptance of your membership by the Management Committee.
If the course you enrolled in is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified and given a refund
If you withdraw from a course before it commences you will be given a refund
If you withdraw after a course has started it is not possible to refund fees.
Fees Paid
A Membership term fee is for a whole term and cannot be split between terms
Class/Course fees paid are not transferable between members
Casual Classes must be used in the term they were purchased and are not transferable to another term
