Improve your fitness with our 1 hour Circuit training class. This small group fitness session is suitable for all fitness levels and combines functional weight training, cardiovascular exercises, core work & stretching for an effective all round session.

This class involves resistance training (free weights and resistance bands) and cardiovascular exercises (aerobic moves, steps, rower, x-trainer & bike) for a complete whole body workout. Fitballs, BOSU and balance boards are used to improve balance and core strength. You can expect to see and feel a number of benefits.

All you need to bring is an exercise mat, towel and water bottle. Weather dependant some classes will be facilitated in the garden; others will be conducted in the fully equipped air-conditioned studio gym.
