Accordion Wallet or Coin Purse with Susana
Craft Shop Class:
Learn how to make an accordion wallet by folding and stitching. You will learn how to make a 3 compartment purse suitable for credit cards, coins etc.
Materials:
Finished size 11cm x 9cm (smaller size): 28cm x 35cm each of exterior fabric, lining fabric & medium weight iron on interfacing; 1 set of snap button. Optional: Sashiko needle & thread
Finished size 10cm x 16cm (larger size): 30cm x 52cm each of exterior fabric, lining fabric & medium weight iron on interfacing; 2 sets of snap button, Optional: Sashiko needle & thread.
Use your own fabric or choose from the centre’s stash.
Bring along:
your sewing machine
threads, scissors, pins, marker pen or pencil, ruler.
